Feast of the King's Tax

I was wondering if any fencers will be in attendance. I spoke to some of you at the Feast of Plenty, and I'd like to give Markland Fencing a shot. I was also told at the Feast of Plenty that the rules on this site are out of date. If that's the case, where can I find the current rules for fencing, or if it is easier how do they diverge from SCAdian heavy rapier? For the sake of reference, I fence SCA heavy rapier (rebated weapon, bird blunt tip, fencing mask with a hood) incase that isn't obvious.
