July Nottingham Site Weekend

This  will be our July Site Event.  

There will be Port-a-Johns present and overnight camping from Saturday into Sunday. No site fee.

Campers: As usual for these days, plan to not set up tents until late afternoon once heavy tree felling and branch cutting is completed.

Priority group projects will include:

•  Addressing the "hump" where Camp Road meets the parking area/tree line
• Possibly addressing the Access Road again  (Site Manager got her equipment back)

Site manager will also be reaching back out to the County about being able to utilize the asphalt millings and /or gravel on Access Road.  We are also working on the possibility of getting us a few bails of straw for  emergency mud repair situations for the future.

If  Head Clan is having an event end of August and Raid happening in  September this may be our last Major Work Weekend for the year. Those of you who have been asking  about having another bigger, overnight camping work weekend in the  Summer so we can get more folks out, please consider making it out to this.
