Announcement from the Office of the Aeldorman:
Greetings to all Markland Family and Friends: As some of you may have already seen, the A&S guild has come to the decision to cancel/postpone/reschedule from Saturday March 21st, the 3rd Annual Frithstow A&S Event.
This decision was reached after much discussion and it was decided to err on the side of caution. Some of you have reached out to me already, and may continue to do so. The Site Manager graciously agreed since we are repeat business for him to refund the entire amount so the Guild will not suffer a financial loss.
AT THIS TIME - we are not as of yet cancelling the New Site Work / Spring Council meeting event currently set for Saturday March 28th. However, it is possible that circumstances out of our control may cause additional action to be taken, up to and including, the possible cancellation and re-scheduling of that event as well. I am less concerned at this time about that because it is smaller and outdoors. As always, please feel to reach out to me as you feel it is needed. I fully expect and hope that everyone will do what they feel they is best to keep themselves and loved ones safe. And I am going to say this loud one more time for those in the back: NO ONE SHOULD FEEL GUILTY IF YOU FELT YOU COULD NOT ATTEND OR TEACH AT THE FRITHSTOW! Everyone has their own set of circumstances based on real life, job, health, etc. and all have the desire to ensure their own well being. Thank you all for reading, and for your anticipated patience. The storm needs to be weathered.
